Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (subject to customs delays)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 


 

Package Delivery

Once your package is marked as delivered, Pretty and Blinks is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Pretty and Blinks is also not responsible for any package lost in transit

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly in the event of delivery issues or filing a claim if necessary.

 


 

Incorrect Information or Changes After Checkout

Please double-check all information before placing your order.

Pretty and Blinks is not responsible for:

  • Updating or correcting shipping addresses

  • Changing contact information (email, phone, etc.)

  • Modifying orders once they are placed

Orders are processed quickly, and we cannot guarantee changes can be made after submission.

 


 

Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the order re-shipped.

We will reach out via email before resending the package.

 


 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Pretty and Blinks is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been handed to the shipping carrier. This includes items that arrive damaged during shipping or handling.
